What information do you need for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quotation, we need building size, location, usage, roof/wall requirements, load conditions (wind, snow, seismic), and preferred material standards.
What is your typical delivery time?
Generally, production takes 20–45 days depending on project size and complexity. Shipping time depends on destination.
Do you offer installation guidance?
Yes, we provide detailed installation drawings, manuals, and on-site technical support if required.
What steel standards do you use?
We use international standards such as ASTM (USA), EN (Europe), JIS (Japan), and GB (China), depending on client requirements.
Can you customize the structure design?
Yes, all our steel structures are fully customized based on project requirements and local building codes.
What surface treatment do you offer?
We offer hot-dip galvanizing, anti-rust primer painting, epoxy coating, and fire-resistant coatings.
How is the steel structure packaged and shipped?
Steel components are packed in steel frames or bundles, loaded into containers (20GP / 40HQ) or bulk shipping depending on size.
Do you support overseas projects?
Yes, we have experience exporting steel structures to Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and South America.
What payment terms do you accept?
We usually accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Other terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.
Can I get a free structural proposal?
Yes, we can provide preliminary structural proposals and layouts based on your requirements.
